- Summary
- We started this game with a very tired bunch of players. Only a hour break between this
game and the earlier win against the Thrashers. Tim,Andy,Matt C. Dave, and Theresa fill
out the roster with Brandon in goal. Thanks to Theresa for filling in at the last minute
and giving us a much needed sub. They scored within the 1st minute of the game and things
got ugly after that. Late in the 3rd period the Sabers had a commanding lead. They started
acting like a bunch of jerks. Andy grabs the facemask of #88 and they wrestle each other
to the ground throwing punches. The game was stopped with a few minutes left in the 3rd
period. This loss knocks us out of the playoffs.

- Summary
- Matt S. scored the 1st goal and we kept the lead throughout the game. We played the game
with only one sub on our roster. Everyone on our team doing a great job passing and
skating to the puck.

- Summary
- Game was scoreless after the 1st period. In the 2nd period Matt went to the penalty box
for high sticking. They were unable to score on the powerplay. Later in the period we went
on a powerplay after Scott was tripped. During the powerplay we gave up a shorthanded
goal. Matt scored later to tie the game at 1-1. They got a cheap goal off a faceoff after
our entire team stopped to look at the puck resting on the floor.

- Summary
- They had the lead throughout most of the game, although we managed to keep up with them
pretty well, considering most of their players were less than half our ages (I thought
this was an adult league????). We finally pulled ahead late in the 3rd period. They then
scored a flury of goals at the end of the game to win it. This was the last game of the
session for our team. We finished the session with a 4-6 record.

- Summary
- Lots of shots from our side but nothing could get by their goal keeper. They scored in
the 2nd period and thats all they needed to win. We pulled Brandon out with less than a
minute but still couldn't get it in with an extra attacker on the floor.

- Summary
- We scored 2 goals to take a early 2-0 lead. Thanks to Doug, Theresa, and Trent for
sticking around after the 30& over game and playing for the Clown Punchers. We need
the subs badly. The Roller Dogs came back to take a 3-2 lead late in the 3rd period. We
pulled Brandon with about 40 seconds left in the game. With 4 seconds left in the game we
had a faceoff in front of their goal. Nate took the faceoff. When the ref dropped the puck
Nate knocked it forward a few feet. Andy dives headfirst at the puck and chips it over the
goalie to tie the game. We scored 1 goal in the shootout and they scored 2 times to win
the game.

- When we pulled Brandon at the end of the game, Scott didn't have all his equipment on to
go in. Andy hops the wall and ends up getting the late goal.

- Summary
- Trailing 5-3 with less than 8 minutes left in the game, we scored to make it a one goal
game. We tied the game with about 1:30 left. Matt stole the puck with about 12 seconds
left. The puck bounce off his chest and he was able to get control of it after it hit the
rink. Matt deked the goalie and scored the game winning goal with 6 seconds left.

- Summary
- The score was 4-4 in the 3rd period. With about 7 minutes left in the game Tony got
called for a penalty. During the Thrashers powerplay Matt stole the puck and scored a
shorthanded goal to give us the lead at 5-4. We scored another goal late in the game to
secure the win. Tim and Brian were missing from todays game. This win now gives us a 3-3
record for the session.

- I don't remember the final score, but know that we lost by several goals. It was not a

- We had lots of opportunities to score and were unable to get the job done. Solid
performance from both the offense and defense throughout the game. Score was 0-0 at the
end of regulation. They beat us in the shootout 2-1. Twice in the shootout we hit the post
. The loss puts our record at 2-2 for the session.

- Summary
- We started the game with 3 skaters and a goalie. The other team was kind enough to skate
3 on 3 until the 4th player showed up. We fell behind right from the start. Scott got call
for elbowing early in the game. Brian and Andy got the 2 goals for the Punchers. With
about 5 minutes left in the 2nd period Nate showed up and we had a sub. Our team ran out
of gas and couldn't keep pace with them

- Summary
- A strong performance turned in from everyone on our team. The Rollerdogs roster was a
who's who from the B league. At least 4 of their players have played at that level and
higher on several different teams. Brandon and the defense were dodging slapshots the
entire game. We had a 3-1 lead after the 1st period. A 5-1 lead at the end of the 2nd.
They scored 2 quick goals in the 3rd to make it a 5-3 game. Nat scored a great backhanded
goal to make it 6-3.

- Summary
- A great effort from our offense. Everyone on both offensive lines were in on the
scoring. Brian,Tony, Nate, and Matt scoring the goals. Andy helped the Thrashers get on
the board with a pass that deflected off their player and back into our goal.
